In general, this site aims to provide users with the tools and resources needed in finding and creating an event. These are some questions which we have been asked in the past – if you have any other ones please do not hesitate to ask!
How much will our event cost? Do we need to book the venue: How much notice do you need for an
event? What should we wear? Cancellation: Please see our Terms & Conditions . The balance payment period varies depending on your event it can be from 30 days up to 12 weeks this will be pointed out in your proposal. To get the cost of your event/events simply complete the Quotation Request Form found in the left hand navigation column supplying us with your budget, numbers attending, dates and any other relevant information that will help us complete your proposal. Prices will be very clearly stated in your quote, explaining exactly what is included. If you want to clarify anything, or have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help. What happens if my numbers decrease, or increase: We are very flexible about changes to the event,
however, you must consider that venues often have quite strict cancellation
policies which we will have agreed to when signing the contract on your behalf. Enquiry: Please send us your enquiry by our Quotation Request Form. We will reply to you by an email/telephone you to discuss your exact requirements.

the first instance please check

Quotation Request regarding the event availability and
confirmation of prices. One of our team at Cabaret Casino will confirm
availability with the price with an email or text. When we have received your confirmation form we will then raise a deposit invoice, if the event is more than 4/12 (variable subject to suppliers terms) weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 4/12 weeks (variable subject to suppliers terms). Please note that invoices will be emailed to you. We no longer post out invoices. You will then have 7 days in which to pay the invoice in full to guarantee that we will hold the packages/tickets on your behalf. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS direct to our bank. Please note that event documentation will not be sent unless full payment has been received by the due date as outlined on the invoice. We must receive deposit by return to secure your reservation (otherwise it may not go ahead – unless previously agreed) When we have received your confirmation form we will then raise a deposit invoice, if the event is more than 4/12 (variable subject to suppliers terms) weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 4/12 weeks (variable subject to suppliers terms). Please note that invoices will be emailed to you. We no longer post out invoices. You will then have 7 days in which to pay the invoice in full to guarantee that we will hold the packages/tickets on your behalf. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS direct to our bank.
